The product gives you the client financial security by covering loss of fees should your house purchase fall through, as well as giving you confidence to recommit to the house buying process. From seller withdrawal and gazumping to relocation and redundancy, we'll be able to provide you the customer with cover, up to £1500 for a number of unforeseen circumstances, for up to 120 days.
The product costs a flat fee of £95.
